        Big signs in store saying everything is 100% tested. This is 100% not true. The tools I hired didnt work. A lot of time wasted! I got a full refund but that didnt help when I needed the tools to get a job done. CP Hire were able to sort it for me, try there instead.

        Had called into Ballymena hss store 14th Jan 2021 hired out a carpet cleaner staff member explaining to me how the machine operated staff member who was also very professional I shall be back at this store

        Tried calling and they lifted the phone and put it down again, so that says it all obviously unhelpful in a time of need.

        Friendly staff and very helpful. If following sat nav to this place it takes u to a facility near it but not to it. I had to ring and ask for directions to it and they were very helpful explaining how to find it.
