We were sent check in information along with contact information for our "host" in case we need anything. I made a mistake in not reading through the entire, 30 page PDF prior to our arrival. It contains all of the information that is not transparent in the listing to book. You MUST confirm the number of occupants with Further Space or you risk having too few beds made up and not enough towels. There is no one onsight or near by if anything needed is missing. They do not list "normal operating hours" in the PDF that is sent but it's safe to say that you should communicate any needs prior to 4pm. We discovered when we arrived (5pm) that there was no firewood for the fire pit and we only had towels for 2 of the 3 of us. Of note, firewood and starters is an "add-on" service that isn't detailed in the listing. Based on the cost of the space and listed amenities, we thought that logs were included. You MUST either bring your own wood or make these arrangements as early as possible. When we reached out to our host concerning this, we were directed to purchase logs and starter material locally as she was unavailable. We didn't bother to ask about towels at this point as it was clear that the hosts are there to provide information only. It was a bit disappointing, on this front.
I will say that the sunset and sunrise views were stunning and we all slept well! There are adequate kitchen supplies and toiletries provided for use. If you go in prepared to confirm the details of your stay, you'll have a lovely time!
