Absolutely stinking slop! The woman gave my burger to another table then went off and brought it back and served it to me!!! I've felt ill since eating it!! I'm definitely going to speak to a solicitor if I feel any worse! DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THE FAIRHILL IS THE SAFER BET

Terrible, ignorant service from rory on the tills, unable to accommodate my order and over 20 for two meals, which consisted of two burgers and chips and two drinks and when our order was ready all we got was and i quoteOi, yeo, oi theres your stuff, simply disgraceful, area managers and higher management needs to step into this place and sort it out. Wouldnt get that in mcdonalds or kfc. Also if i could attach a picture to show the withered and probably dated dressing, cold food and coffee machine again not working, i have gave them enough chances and thats unfortunately my last. Nothing but disappointment and a waste of hard earned money.

We sat down , took the baby out of his pram and sat him in a high chair ready for some lunch , we all decided what we wanted , so me and my sister went up to order , to be told were closed , despite it was 12:30pm , we had no idea why as we wasnt told and was just rudely turned away, no apology , no explanation, just told were closed. We then had to go back , put the baby back into his pram and wait until we got home to feed him something. There was other people eating fresh full meals from burger king but we were refused with no explanation. Restaurant itself was out-dated and the cleanliness was not satisfactory either. Not too sure how this restaurants passed any sort of audit as their customer service is vile.

Awful customer service today , went in at 12.30 pm ,people eating in with burger King food, went up to the counter to be told gruffly , " we're closed" no sorry or any explanation why others were eating obviously fresh food from there , they were quite possibly the worst BK staff we've come across ,and we travel the UK and Ireland, not a good look for visitors out of the area , cleanliness questionable too !!
