        I want to write a review of this company for their customer service. I am not yet a proper customer, in that I have had them come out and measure a door for me and send me a quote. So from that quote, yesterday, I ordered a new door. Today I had a dilemma where I couldn't even get into my own house. I didn't know who else to call so I called Rebecca and without fail she went out of her way to help me. I was crying down the phone to her and she was absolutely fantastic and within half an hour she had sent someone to help me. Without me even being a customer yet. That is true customer service! Thank you so much, it is so much appreciated. Thank you Rebecca

        Fitting service was second to none and highly recommended although the fitting is actually carried out by independent self employed tradesmen. Fernisky Frames themselves however are not to be recommended as they totally lack professionalism and are short in educating their ignorant staff how to act accordingly. If you want to someone to be intrusive and ignorant within your home their ni better person that Fernisky Frames Rebecca to do so. Manners, respect and professionalism cost nothing but will cost you business because of your ignorant I'll mannered glorified receptionist!!!!!
