I have been attending Keith's classes for the past 3 months, he's very easy to talk to, understands what your aiming for and works towards those goals. I find he motivates me, which is something I definitely need, he also posts a lot of helpful tips on his site. If I had to score Keith I'd give him a big 10, you won't ever regret training with Keith, when I fall of the heathly lifestyle bandwagon (something I do a lot of) Keith's always there to encourage me on. Lastly he'll train you according to your capabilities so whether you've never been to a gym or are a gym bunny, he'll work with you ever step of your journey. So stop ready this and give him a call, you wont regret it.

I've been to a number of classes that Keith has to offer and I can not recommend him enough. I came across one of his classes mid February and my fitness journey started there. He is very welcoming and patient and offers gentle encouragement when needed, and you can always be guaranteed a laugh. Keith is very easy to approach if you have any questions about certain exercises or anything to do with recovery after a session. He also sends daily feel good reminders on the WhatsApp groups! I struggle with confidence and motivation and I can safely say I leave each of his classes feeling on top of the world! I look forward to his classes each and every week.

Kieth is passionate about what he does. He is a great trainer with an eye for detail. He approaches this in a person centred way with the ability to adapt to each person's needs. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Keith a few months now and have learnt a lot of new techniques, he works with everyone in an individual way with mixed abilities, adapts methods and encourages us the whole way throughout a session. Keith goes the extra mile in talking to each client individually and posts onto our group chats daily for motivational encouragement continuously engaging us keeping us keen and interested in our own fitness journeys to return week after week. Keith runs a variety of classes in the Ballymena area on different days/nights and weekends. He does group and one to one sessions and all the girls I have met have been so welcoming, friendly and supportive in helping each other learn and work so hard together to be in a positive mental and physical environment. Thank you Keith.
