        First time going to A1 was very impressed with the service and help provided am going back tomorrow for an LED under light they are very professional but also very friendly very impressed and the prices are very reasonable you guys have a for life customer and I would highly recommend them to all friends and family. It is a real pleasure knowing that as a customer Im treated well and helped to the max. Well done guys and girls x

        Thanks to all at A1. I purchased a 3phase switch which failed after a couple of weeks. Following a very helpful exchange of messages about potential causes the switch was replaced within 48 hours. Excellent service from an excellent supplier.

        Over charged us for items and very slow. Seems only 1 person can do the customer service yet 3 other people walking about. Only for getting bits for a mate or would have went elsewhere. If it wasn't for a friend who queried the price (who is a regular customer) and told us we'd been charged the wrong price. Was rectified via a phone call, but if it hadn't been for our friend saying to us, we would have been over charged with no recourse.
