James McKeown Accident Repair

My Audi A4 was in for repair as a result of a front impact requiring replacement of the grill and bumper. Because it occurred just before the Christmas holidays the car was sitting unused for a while and this led to further complications with the brake servo. James McKeown undertook to fix the problem despite the car having been returned with the original repair completed. In other words he went above and beyond what was required and for that I am extremely grateful and would therefore wholeheartedly recommend him and his team for the excellent service and quality of work that was provided. James and his team were quick and efficient after a fault occurred on my car whilst travelling on the motorway. When I contacted my insurance, they introduced me to the company and they worked well above my expectations. They kept me informed of what they would need to do, how long it would take and when they would be finished once they had my car. And when I collected my car it was all shiny and just like new, which allowed me to have confidence in driving it again!
