My advice is to avoid this place at all costs unless you want to end up sustaining injuries from their practice. Veronica left me with an injury I didn't have when I went into the practice. Extremely poor level of service. A couple of years later and still suffering following one appointment with this practice

I attended this practice once per week, for 4 weeks, with back and neck pain. Ian pinpointed immediately where the source of the problems were, and set out exercises to remedy this. He clearly sent me home with a diagram of each exercise with the number of repetitions. Today, I am totally recovered. So from a professional point of view, this was a quality service. I do want to mention also, that Ian was so pleasant, and genuine, and was interested in me as a person, to try and understand my lifestyle choices, to enable me to remain fit and healthy. Excellent physio practice. Have attended for various issues since 2008 and on a regular basis for cranio sacral therapy and Pilates. Veronica and the team are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had intensive physio with Veronica post surgery and I cannot thank her enough for her care and advice. I am completely pain free now and have made a full recovery. Would highly recommend this physio practice to anyone.
