        Ali the man. Cheaper rates for over 65s not sixties. Plenty of equipment space and Wednesday excercise class for older generation. Hard enough after gym time.very good atmosphere

        Myself and my husband joined May past best thing I've done in a long time great wee gym with lovely friendly helpful staff, Jo's classes are the best! Jo, Ali and the team make you feel very welcome in the gym.
