        Ordered a gate with Francis in September 2021 and he assured me it would be made and installed in around 6 weeks, I had paid him a substantial deposit. When the 6 weeks was up he assured me that he would arrive in the xmas holidays to work on fitting the gate - THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I rang him REPEATEDLY to see what was happening but he was very difficult to get in touch with. When I did get through he used every excuse to explain why the work had not been completed. In March 2022 I eventually ask for a refund - this proved very difficult to get back. after continually phoning him and asking for my refund he did refund the money - BUT NOT BEFORE DEDUCTING 200 FOR WHAT HE CALLED HIS INCONVENIENCE. Absolutely disgusting service - would not recommend this company - would have given a no star review if I could have as this would have been more accurate.
