I know some of you got a nice experience with him but mine was different. At first James was great and kind to me, he loves to tell his life story and laugh about things. But as time goes by I can see that his behavior changes and he makes me feel not comfortable the way he teach. And on our 5th lessons, on the first few minutes of my driving, I admit that he has the right to make angry because of what he think is that I have done wrong. But on the last part he want me to manuever and to turn the car on the other side ( residential area) and when im doing my turn a car is approaching on our way and the car stop since he/she found out that im trying to turn. Suddenly, james took the steering wheel and grab my hand and said TURN FIRMLY!!!! And he firmly turn the car as fast as he can so that the car in front of us can pass. I am doing the turn on my own pace and On what I feel is right and SAFE. I cant talk to him anymore because I feel so bad and told to him that i want to go home. He keeps on explaining that he dont want to wait the other car for so long as they (driving instructors) received multiple complaints from the residents . Suddenly, after i kept telling him that i want to go home he unlocked the door and ask to me to get out of the vehicle. I was left behind in the middle of the residential area, i dont know where it is or whom to call for help. He prioritize to worry about the other driver to pass through more than Me doing the turn safe. I feel like hes having a bad day even before the lesson. But it is not fair on my side if james will exhaust all his stressed on me. The lesson was held in ballymena and I needed to grab a taxi just to get home.

James o'Boyle is a great instructor I done my automatic lessons with him an passed no bother he honest an reliable would highly recommend him he does both automatic an manual so u have a choice
