T & L Frames

UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I had locks on 2 small windows that werent working right so I called on 5th October to see if they could fix it. The week after someone came out and had a look, said yes we can fix that no problem, Ill order the parts and call back next week and get it sorted. Its now 8th November and Im still waiting. I have called and left voicemail messages numerous times and no one has ever answered. I contacted them through their website and no reply there either. Absolutely ridiculous. They dont even have the decency to respond and give a reason as to why! If it was a genuine reason like they couldnt get the parts or theyre extremely busy or something Id understand. But to just completely ignore a customers repeated requests to respond is unbelievably unprofessional.

Had windows and doors fitted by T&L this week, brilliant service and great price. Would recommend to anyone.

Had all windows and doors replaced by T and L frames around a year ago and we are still waiting for one of the frames that was installed with a crack in the pvc to be fixed! Myself and my husband have spoken to Liam countless amount of times now and have been told he will get it sorted which he has not, fobbed off each time basically! Also paid in full on date of installation and am still awaiting some form of reciept? Very poor customer service to say the least. Never usually write a review but this is rediculous.

We had Liam out for a review on quite a large house. There was no hard sell, no pushing he was gentlemanly gave us the information we asked for. Gave great advice about doors etc. We had also got a quote from another company who use the exact same supplier as T and L frames and the other company was 2500 more expensive for the exact same thing!! The other company also called me 30+ times for an answer. Liam didnt follow up for a hard sell, he just let me come back to them when we were ready to proceed. The doors and windows were ready earlier than anticipated and installation was carried out in four days, big house - we were expecting it to take a week at least, maybe more. The workmen that were here were so considerate (I was working round a toddlers nap schedule) so they left her room until she work up. The work carried out was to a very high standard, the workmen cleaned up exceptionally well after they had completed the rooms and kept us informed as to when they would be back and what still had to be done. They were on time and worked respectfully. We have had the windows and doors in for about a year now and we havent had any issues at all. Liam was a pleasure to deal with and we would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone thinking of replacing their windows or doors. Thanks T and L frames.
