        We left the practice in December 2022, due to poor customer service, lack of communication and having discovered that paying into a dental plan for 6 years covered the family for very little dental care. The plan entitled us to check-ups and twice yearly hygienist appointments, which we have not been able to book due to no available appointments! If you require to be referred to the specialist clinic this is NOT covered despite the s you have paid in, but its a hidden surprise as you arent informed of this! When I telephoned to inform the practice that the family was leaving I was asked if I had the number for denplan to cancel, not asked what they could do to keep us. Customer Service training is very poor and clear indication of what plans cover is vague.
