        I have visited Brew on a number of occasions, with different teams of staff serving. One team consisting of a blonde lady with bob hair style, a young gentleman and a lady with short hair and glasses. This team is very efficient and mannerly. Another team consisted of darker haired ladies, and the same young gentleman but one particular dark haired lady had an attitude of the customers being a bothernot very welcoming and this team being not as organised, very off putting.
