Nobody in branch every answers the phone an is a nightmare to get actual help when you get put through to automated service

Cannot ever get to put money in to my bank account through their two cash machines.!!! For months now both machines are stating that deposits cannot be paid in. Ridiculous service as not everyone can go into bank during working hours. Seriously feel like switching banks because this is ongoing since January 2020.
