This company is located in Ballyclare, United Kingdom and the Osprey Skimmer 20 daypack they advertised in Google Shopping ads at a "sale" price" of $63.54, a "35% sale price off the RRP of $97.70" is not the same version as the one sold in the USA. Same product name and photo- different model. The product page does not call itself a Hydration pack as the Osprey website does, nor does it say the hydration bladder is included, but there was no mention that it wasn't included either. After I received the incomplete product, I found that info hidden in an FAQ. To make matters worse, Google has placed their Shopping ad, with an identical product photo, next to the US sellers who are selling the US model, with included hydration bladder, for full price at $100. Looks like the same pack for far less at $63.54. Delivery was quick but they would not give me a free return. After 4 emails I went to Live Chat on their website and was finally was offered a free return, but too late. I've already ordered the $30 Osprey hydration bladder from Amazon. I wonder what other shortcuts they've taken. SO disappointing. Buyer beware!

Respect to the Livechat operator Matthew! You kept me on livechat for over an hour and we finally got you to send a return form for a faulty bike. It should of taken less than a couple of minutes. This guy needs to be retrained, seriously. For the fact of a brand new faulty bike and the absolute terrible customer service i will never be buying a bike here again. AVOID!
