We attended a 4 week smithing course run by James and Michael on Thursday nights. It was excellent, learnt so much about the practicalities of blacksmithing as well as having a good laugh and a few cups of tea. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone interested!

Who knew a spade mill could be such an interesting thing!? Enjoyed my time here. Staff really made the experience what it was.

Spent a day volunteering here to help it get into shape for reopening post covid. Have to say it's such a nice place with a lot of interesting old machinery. Definitely interested in coming back for a smithing class!
