        Bitterly disappointed with the service I have received from Parkgate Saddlery. I purchased a Jaguar Saddle from Mervyn I did not like how the sale was handled and subsequently contacted the shop. I was quoted a cheaper price on the phone than what was paid and then fobbed off with excuses. The purchase included a girth which I have still not received 1 month later.
