Hamilton Nursing Home

My mother spent the last 11 months of her life with the Hamilton "family" and received not only the best possible nursing care, but also warmth and affection from every member of staff. No-one ever passed her door without popping in to see her. I would highly recommend the Hamilton to anyone looking for a nursing home for a loved relative. Absolutely excellent facilities and wonderful staff.

My mother moved into the Hamilton Nursing Home in January 2013 and the care she is receiving there is second to none. From the very first day she responded well to staff as they helped her to settle in and she continues to be very content in their care. Those working there are worth their weight in gold, from nurses and carers through to kitchen and domestic staff. Every member of staff has time for the residents and they go out of their way to provide a homely and caring environment for them. None of this would be possible without the dedication of the Hamilton family and in particular Lucy Hamilton, the Nurse Manager, who displays remarkable leadership and enthusiastic professionalism at all times. It has been a relief to hand over my mother's care to the Hamilton Nursing Home. I don't have to worry any more about her day-to-day personal care and experience has taught me that staff are vigilant of her condition and act quickly to help her. I can visit my mother at anytime knowing she will be happy and I will be made welcome. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Hamilton Nursing Home to those loved-ones who need a high standard of care. Anne Penney - August 2014
