        Unlike many other installers who don't want to come and give quotes, would just rather have pictures sent to them. Hugh came and gave us reasonable quote... Great advice and fitted the stove before Xmas. Great bunch of lads, tidy in what they do. Thanks again Hugh for getting it done before Xmas.

        Called,said if I sent him my details he'd get out to the house,check the job and have it done in a month or so,2 phone calls and 6 txts later no sign,Gave up and went elsewhere.

        Disappointing and unreliable service. Phoned this company and made an appointment for Hugh to look at the job. Granted , he came, timely, looked at the job and we agreed to proceed for June 2022. June , july and August passed and no show....all attempts of making contact with him have failed !!!.
