RW Outdoor Furniture Gallery Coleman's Belfast

Ive always used Colemans and thought they only associated and sold reputable brands but since ordering garden furniture back in March which Ive still not received Im very disappointed that Colemans have a outlet for this shambles of a company on their premises, Im 3k out and Rathwood just make excuses for everything, looking at their main site it seems like there are 100s if not 1000s of people in the same boat. Please do not use rathwood as youll be waiting until next summer for your furniture for the looks of things!

Extremely poor service, the table is not solid and the glass is just held on by a few stickies which with children around is quite concerning. Also the parasol lasted all of a week as a light bit of wind bent the pole and it is now useless, also trying to get in contact with Rathwood is a joke and then they comment on reviews as if they do anything about it. Be great if it didnt take 6 months to get our garden furniture and then find out its cheap Chinese rubbish and half of it is still in China! Stay away, would give this 0 stars if possible.

Please do not use this company, theyve promised us 3 dates for delivery and that was 2 months ago, when I ordered I asked has their been any disruption to the supplier chain and I was told no and that they could get their items from China, but here we are 3 months later and Ive received an email for yet another delay, 2k down and nothing to show.

Rathwood promised us our garden furniture in June which was ordered in April but now this is August and were still waiting. When we ring the customer services which normally takes 30-45mins and finally get through they just make excuses about the supplier in China/the shipping company or whoever else and blame them, rather than take ownership for the poor service that is being provided. We have paid 2k so they need to sort out these issues and not blame others. Do not use this company, pathetic
