        Good quality new gym equipment. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Good seating area downstairs when waiting for others

        I have been going here for years and the staff are amazing. The person who said about a day pass obviously dont no how public gyms work. You pay a rate for a few hours and leave their our no day rates. I geta corperate membership at 20 thanks to working for nhs The swimming is the best in the lanes though they should limit the amount of people per session sometimes can be five slow swimmers in one lane trying to avoid each other the pool could do with rmoving the slide and making it bigger
