After contacting Onestepinsulation with reference to attic insulation Gary came out and explained all that was required. This included misperceptions on insulation that is used, explains that it all confirmed to regulations, he explained the cost of the job what was expected from me and what would happen on the day. He gave a date for the job to commence and kept me informed of any changes. The day before the job he confirmed all was still good and that the team would be round at the set time. A two man crew arrived on time and set about getting the site ready for the day. All areas were covered with plastic and the job run smoothly. After they had finished the area they were using was tidied and even hoovered Lea I g no trace of anyone being there. Many thanks to the whole team on a job that was done will little fuss and great outcome.

phoned up to enquire about getting our roofspace sprayed as we moved into a house that had no insulation at all above and could see our breathe inside and couldn't heat the house over 15 degrees. Gary organised to meet us outside of working ours to give us a on the spot quote and gave all information needed and answered all my questions regarding mortgages and type of foam used. Gary spoke to us before Christmas and said it'll be February before they can make up but knew we were struggling with the cold and managed to then squeeze us in a month early as they finished another job and made room for us. guys came on time, done a top job and left the place spotless. there was an instant difference in the heating of the house with the added bonus of noise reduction so it was a win win for us. can't thank Gary and the lads enough, great service and would recommend to anyone!
