Apollo Dry Cleaners

I left my suit with Apollo for dry cleaning. However when I collected the suit and brought it home I found 3 new stains on the arm of the jacket. I returned to the shop and pointed this out, expecting them to sort it out but was told that it had been cleaned (as if it was the holy grail) and they must have been there already accompanied with I would be more than likely be charged again. Their customer care is non-existent, what a way to run a business - remove 1 stain (which looked more like a small shadow) and add 3 - brilliant Business Model!! One member is great and very customer focused, the other one that was on today (name known but didnt want to publish it) needs to do a course! Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Left in suit to be dry cleaned, came back with same small marks on. not overly dirty. WONT BE BACK!!

I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this dry cleaners to anyone.

I left a 3 peice suit and a white shirt ( with grubby cuffs which I pointed out to them) in to be cleaned. When I collected it I just happened to ask about the cuffs and they were as dirty as when I left it in. I was told the chap who dealt with it was very good and there must have been a reason why they weren't clean. I asked why they didn't attach a note to say they couldn't get them clean was told he probably run out of notes. If I hadn't checked , my son would have been putting it on to go to a wedding to find they were still dirty. I said I had pointed out about the cuffs when I left it in and as it cost 6 could I get my money back? I was told no, she then asked me did he have to wear it with cufflinks as I could cut the cuff in half. WHAT !!!!!!!!! I left the shop in disgust vowing never to go back
