        I ordered a shower heat recovery device from BPD and unfortunately it was damaged in transit, which we didn't notice until 2 weeks after delivery. Obviously this was outside the shipping companies insurance window, but despite this BPD made arrangements to ship a new one and have the old one fixed by them. Good handling of a tricky customer issue. I would use them again.
