We ordered online and paid directly plus 15 next day delivery.
Next day I called them and they said "sorry we can't deliver next day" and we said "fine".
2nd day we called them they said "sorry we can't deliver this day either but we will refund the 15". 3rd day they arrived but the hose was not long enough to go through the back alley and although it could go directly through the house for policy reasons they denied and LEFT without delivering. I called again and they said "we will sort it out" and then all I got was an one line e-mail.
I would appreciate a phone call instead of the e-mail please, since sometimes hours or maybe days pass before I check my mail account.
