I would not recommend buying a house from Beechview developments. The list of snags was endless when we moved in & a year on we are still having issues; leaks in sunroom & showers etc. The level of workmanship was pretty poor all round, the roofer, painter (although rectified by a very good, professional painter) , plumber. Dealing with snags was an absolute nightmare, no systems in place from first handover to completion of snags.

Workmanship is pretty average. Once theyve got the money for your house, good luck getting them back to fix the bits they didnt get right and as for the paperwork to cover boilers, stoves etc. forget it. Foreman doesnt have much control over the workforce, the following trade doesnt give a damn about work of others.
