        Took 6 months to get a refund, used every trick in the book not to give me my refund. I had to go to my credit card company and raise a complaint to trading standards. Jokers

        BE WARNED What a pack of thiefs DO NOT book with them. I booked with them back late September and cancelled due to COVID sickness. However its 12th December and still waiting for my refund. They have used ever lie under the sun to avoid paying back the money. Lies lies and more lies, everything they say is BULLS**T using some of the sickest lies ever. Its not your money pay me back and pay back the other you still owe.

        Do not book with this company!!!! I cancelled within the required timeframe and was issued my refund receipt however they have not put the money back in my account This was over a month ago!!!! Absolutely disgraceful company on how they have treated me

        We booked for 7 of us over the weekend for an 40th birthday party and no one turned up. Spoil the day. Have rung over 50 times and no one has answered the phone or replied to my emails. What has happened, I dont understand. I hope I get my money back, but looks like I wont. Why
