        We had a brilliant first time experience with these guys and the food mix was really fresh and our dog got on well with it (we previously used someone else). We ordered the second bag for delivery and it wasnt fresh, and most likely was due up that same day as the breakfast portion was gone foul already. Never got a replacement or any decent correspondence back which is a pitty as we were going to switch to these guys long term and had a great experience before.
