        As a senior citizen and regular user of Armagh Recycling Centre, I am grateful to the staff for their help when I'm unloading the recycling from my car. It's not part of their job to do this. Thanks.

        Went to empty my blue and black bin and was refused! I live 14 miles from Dungannon and 10 miles from Armagh but because Dungannon council empty my bins I can't use this facility!!!!!! I am a rate payer and it is my understanding public recycling centres are open to the public so can the council explain this policy!!! I was disgusted and enraged at the dismissive and ignorant way staff told me to leave with full bins to drive the extra miles to Dungannon and the price of fuel. It is totally unacceptable to refuse any rate payer the use of a public facility! Totally unacceptable!!!
