If you're looking for non-existent customer service and a consistently unprofessional, rude attitude, then look no further as you're in for a treat here. Has to be the worst experience I've had in any business establishment-Google need to offer a zero to minus star rating for places such as this.

Quick, easy transaction. Best rate I could find anywhere. Post office and so on are a rip off compared to this place.

This is an extremely unprofessional service with the person behind the counter having to be the rudest, most abrupt cashier I've met. I usually phone in advance to find out the exchange rate but often get a different rate, always in the bureau's favour, on presentation of the money (on the same day). I count the money each time as I've previously been short changed on several occasions. When counting the money today, the owner aggressively told me to give the money back, that he had counted the money and that he was "not having this". I reminded him I had been short changed in the past and asked if he had ever heard of customer service. He replied "I'm going to tell you this once-take your money to get changed somewhere else, don't come back". Also, while I was counting the money several different rates were quoted to different customers and some were not quoted at all and had to ask for the rate, which was again different to the rate I'd been quoted. It's pointless asking to speak to the manager or proprietor as they're the cashier! With hindsight, I would have reported the owner to the police for fraud when I was short changed or when the quoted rate was not honoured. It's bizarre that this person is still in business-probably because it's the only BDC in Armagh. In future, I will travel to a different city to use a Bureau de Change, regardless of the exchange rate rather than deal with this odious person.
