        Very poor service, do reply to messages, 5 days to get a partial order, still waiting for the balance with absolutely no idea when its going to arrive even though part is still showing in stock

        I ordered U Bolts, but there were no back plates in the deal. I searched but they only sold them in sets. So I called with a view to buy them and the friendly guy said that he would send them but refused to discuss a price. Within a week and a bit they arrived. I called and they refused payment. they asked only for a great reference on Google - and here it is!
