        Have been training with Kevin now just shy of 2 years after being recommend by a family friend who also still trains with him herself. I know I would have never achieved my current fitness abilities or confidence without Kevins expertise and encouragement! I would recommend kd the pt in a heartbeat! Professional, friendly, honest 10/10

        Highly recommend Kevin he has helped me through my rehabilitation from a serious illness which meant that I had to learn to walk again.His work with me from zero fitness to building up my strength again. Now he also helps me with weight management and growing confidence back up and I can't thank him enough! The classes (and Kevin) are tough but rewarding so glad I found him when I did.

        A friend recommended Kevin to me. Hardest part was getting my foot in the door but once I did I've never regretted it. I'm in my mid 40s and In the last year or so Kevin has helped me get to a place where I'm physically stronger and mentally stronger than I've been in a long time. Also made friends along the way. Kevin knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. Prices are very reasonable. Classes are tough but fun. Highly recommend!
