        Out of all the years I have been delivering to this company, never have I been treated like something off the bottom of the shoe (ie , dog dirt ) ordered and spoken to by a security guard as if I was a dog ! Over the years I have shopped in heatons stores but no more , these companies must remember this , even though I am simply a delivery driver I am also a customer! I will not be spoken to and treated with such disrespect by a man that has been given a job title who then thinks that it gives him the right to speak to people in such a fashion! The next time I visit this company I expect to be treated with respect and dignity as I deserve as a delivery driver and customer!
