Kaleidoscope

Valerie did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed as we began our session. She was an awesome listener and I felt like she explained everything really well. I felt like Valerie really understood what I needed to work on. She walked me through an excercise/meditation where I visualized my future self, and it was really powerful. I had such a sense of peace and calm afterward. I think I was able to release some blocks that I'd been holding onto for too long. Valerie followed up with some really helpful resources as well, and I have continued to use what I learned from our coaching session to take action towards my goals!

I visited Valerie for the first time last week. Valerie was very welcoming on arrival, the premises was clean and tidy and a was met be a lovely, relaxing aromatherapy smell. Valerie talked me through my medical form,had a discussion about why I was there( e.g.. my physical ability,pain). Valerie respected my privacy at all times, helping me and creating a safe space whilst getting undressed/ dressed. I really enjoyed my back and leg massage, Valerie used gentle, soft movements on me as I was tender in areas. She checked with me if the pressure was ok. Valerie offered me a few minutes on the couch and water at the end of my massage. I have already booked to go back. Would recommend!!

I am a holistic healer and life coach who approached Valerie recently for assistance with a long term problem. I had worked for many years in trying to get to the root cause of my issue but was unable to do so. In one session, Valerie was able to identify the issue, taking me back to the root of the problem and then helping me find my way back to the present again. Now we have established what the cause was and why. Enabling me to now direct my energy and concentrate on overcoming my limiting beliefs. I found Valerie was a lovely, thoughtful woman. Although I do not find talking about myself with others easy, I found Valerie easy to warm to and was able to open up. In the one session we had, I made a huge step forward. Her thorough evaluation and the positive steps we created together, have allowed me to release those long term mental blockages and move forward in my healing journey. I am very grateful for Valerie and all her hard work and patience with me. I highly recommend Valerie as a life coach and helping practitioner. I really don't have the words that describe the impact which her session has had on my daily life and the freedom I have gained from being able to empower myself from the memories of my past. Valerie helped me get to the very root of my stuckness in a matter of an hour. She listened deeply and compassionately, then reflected back at me what she heard - holding a nonjudgmental mirror up in which I could recognize what was holding me back. In the following sessions she offered several tools to transcend and heal and has been extremely generous with her insights and techniques! I did monthly goal-setting with Valerie as well and find it extremely useful, engaging and a great practice to get into. Overall, I had such a pleasant experience and highly recommend Valerie and her services!
