    Expectations Vs Reality. I expected to pay 400 for the booster equipment including installation & 42 per month to EE. Which is a worthy investment from my 0.9Mb land line. Completing my order I paid 470 for the equipment and installation...the hidden charges they only mention at checkout. I pay 50 per month to EE for reasons that I still do not know why. Installation, no date was arranged....... by a pure miricale I was at home when I got a text saying that the technicians will arrive in 30 mins. The technicians were very professional and friendly, top marks to them. I feel like I have missed emails or a date selection stage. Result depending on time and day 15-35 Mb which is great. Tech support, Emailed them issues with no response (I cannot log into my modem router to change password) I have been offline for a week now, I get the impression they are a small crew overwhelmed. They missed their call out estimation day and I now fear x-mass offline as they have sent no updates. No date selection just a pure lottery, I live alone and drive for a living so chances il meet their 30 minute advanced pending arrival is slim. I feel ripped off for the money I am paying. Company needs an overhauled customer friendly experience.

    We had 1.5 mb which dropped to half that in the evenings. Now with interwiz we have 56mb now all the time

    We went from 0.75mb internet with Bt to bluebox broadband what a nightmare. No internet for 3 weeks and no one answering the phone. The guys at InterWiz came out 4 hours later zero hassle, we had 74mb and has been steady for two months.
