I've just moved to Clydebank and attended Yellow Medical Practice with Dr Chen today. I was really impressed with Dr Chen - friendly, professional and extremely thorough.

Always have been very good in my opinion, reception staff always polite and Doctors will get back to you when requesting a telephone appointment.

Very good staff and professional and knowledgable GPs. Big parking so easy to access. Mostly all the appointments run on time, everyday emergency appointments available.

Friendly desk staff and the doctors are lovely.

An excellent practice from caring receptionists to knowledgeable nursing staff and really good sympathetic/understanding doctors.

Some good doctors here. Clean and receptionist are normally friendly. Would have been five start but have had problems but overall a good doctors surgery

Excellent doctors, nurses and receptionists. The extended refurbished surgery is spacious, smart and clean.

vast improvement on the surgery we were with in Bristol. Few minutes to get a call answered vs hours, can get urgent appointments if needed usually

Always get to speak to a doctor on the day I ring which seems to be quite unusual these days. If I need to be seen, I get an appointment. Lovely doctors, very caring

Overall an excellent service offered. Reception and pharmacy staff are efficient. The majority of GPs here are too.
