Absolutely rubbish service

Staff appear to be compassionate & understanding of clients circumstances, and Sally (in particular) is VERY empathetic to people's needs.

I'm just sick of them giving me an appointment then ringing 10 mins earlier then saying its all my fault its like they like to look down on people and bully them
