Shoreline Nursing Home

Excellent nursing home. Couldn't of asked for better care for my physically ill mother who has challenging behaviour too with dementia. My mother has been in most nursing homes in Redcar where they struggled with her complex needs. This has been the best home and she has now been a resident for the past three years. The only negative things are lack of outdoor space for the residents to wonder freely and the lack of telephone lines to speak to relatives.

Would not recommend this place. Staff are rude and have no interest in the residents. Very poor quality of care.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this care home many a times, the staff are always welcoming and professional. The activities lady is really fantastic and lots is always going on, from planting flowers in pots, art work, trips to the promenade and lots of seasonal entertainment. my relative couldn't be happier living here. staff are very approachable and the management are always there to help you.
