We recently engaged Sean to help us design two distinct extensions to a house we recently moved in to and to help us to submit the planning permission. Sean's open approach was just what we needed, he listened to our plans and vision, offered pragmatic but creative options and was happy to make amendments as we developed our thinking. We used Sean Adams to design our house. Could not recommend more highly. He listened to our requirements and was patient with our queries and amendments which were dealt with promptly. He was always available when needed and helped immensely with some planning issues we had.

We are first time self-builders, and decided to opt for a Potton home, to give us the additional support and handholding that we felt we needed for this project. We met Sean through this process, as our assigned architect/designer to work with us throughout the design and planning stages. We struck gold, as Sean has been a revelation. Through his wealth of experience gained by designing hundreds of homes, he turned our sketchy wish list into an initial design, and worked tirelessly and patiently with us over the next few months through many iterations to refine the design based on our feedback. At each stage through this design cycle, he was always approachable, and was extremely responsive to our requests and questions. He also helped us with the various surveys and reports that needed to get done in a timely manner, which were required for the planning application to succeed. He also prepared and submitted the planning application for us, and liaised with the local authority planning dept to iron out a few last minute glitches raised by them, with the result that the application sailed through to approval. The end result is our dream home, which we are now eagerly looking forward to build over the coming months. And we also feel reassured that Sean is only a phone call away if we need any further advice during the build stage. We cannot recommend Sean highly enough. If you are lucky enough to work with Sean, I am sure you will get the same level of excellent design and support service that we benefited from.
