        John and Julian are the perfect hosts. My partner, children and I have visited Oak Tree Farm many times over past few years and are always welcomed by tea and home made cake in their living room upon arrival. Their Georgian farm is so homely nestled in a valley surrounded by beautiful Suffolk countryside with the village close by. I always feel so relaxed here and never want to leave. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to stay. Ruth & Stel

        I felt I had to counter the unpleasant review left here. I stayed here a few summer's ago, before lockdown, and it was delightful. My hosts were so friendly and thoughtful, my room beautiful, and breakfast perfect, discussing beekeeping while looking over the garden. Oak Tree Farm is a home, charmung and unique, not a hotel, and all the better for it. I didn't want to leave and will find an excuse to return.
