The living area is far too small. And it is shabby.
The kitchen is the size of a cupboard, mostly squeezed under the stairs. The 'Garden' is about the size of a shed and comprises weed-infested, decomposing concrete. Weeds are the only green thing in the garden.
The inadequate wall leaves the garden in full view of the car park that it flanks.
The coded key box was falling off the wall. When I alerted the owner to this she categorically said she was not going to do anything about it.
