        Great customer service. I ordered a waxed shimano chain which turned out to have some kind of factory fault. Messaged Midtech Services on facebook and they sent me a replacement free of charge that came in 2 days. Chain works brilliantly, great wax finish.

        Really pleased with the service of my full sus MTB by Jason. Any additional work required (wear and tear items replacing etc.) were discussed before changing with excellent advice given on replacement parts. Will definitely be using Midtech again and highly recommend. It's a great feeling knowing I have found somewhere that I trust to take my bike for repairs and service. CC

        Very helpful & professional. It was a little off-putting when I discovered his workshop is actually a garden shed however I did see a professional at work and he explained there is an imminent move to new premises at Youlgrave garage, which I'm sure will be a really positive development. A very fair price for the work too and refreshingly honest advice. Already booked in again for Xmas bike set ups in December and a premium service on a zgiant TCR as a present for a relstive.
