        Thanks to Ross for a quick response (on a bank holiday) and for squeezing me in the next day (between a bunch of other jobs!) Most importantly is that he also fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost and no hassle for me . Lovely to have a working washing machine again. (and plumbed into the cold water instead of the hot water now ) Definitely recommend
