No longer selling LPG Annoying that they have to remove LPG to replace it with Charging Stations not like there is enough of them around. LPG has a lower carbon footprint than gasoline and diesel fuel, so selling more of that, and adding a few more Charging stations wouldnt go amiss !

Feel very let down shop shuts at 11pm claims be 24 hours .but they are willing to sell tobacco cancer causing Product and only fuel Should really look into this as you will lose Customers.. On the plus side Day Services are very good.

I visited my local B P garage this morning and it was very busy., 96% of the staff are wonderful happy and professional the three ladies on today were so busy but still providing customers with a smile and apologising for the state of the toilets Im sure the refit and added bonus of toilets were a bonus for the company, but is this justified when your frontline staff have to deal with the complaints from customers There should be an employed person to deal with the toilets to maintain a standard of hygiene filling the coffee machines and dealing with the state of the outside bins ( couple of little fury things running around ) !!!!! . Pulling out of the garage on the slip road Is seriously dangerous your vision is limited due to the huge lorries that seem to be parked most of the time Now. I do hope these issues can addressed and resolved soon as your staff are trying there best to resolve theses issues without the resources Not Great when they dont have the power to sort it But I do thank Your staff for their loyalty to both your company and most of all YOUR customers Mandy H
