My Dappa Box

Has the company ceased trading as all my emails are being ignored and payment has been taking along with pending payment for next month, is anyone going to be honest and say what is going on?

AVOID - absolute scam. Paid 55 on 29th Sept for a 3 month subscription. I have so far received 1 box. Awful products; dusty, soap had a corner missing with the plastic wrapping hanging off. Obviously left over rubbish. I should be receiving my 3rd box at the start of January but I haven't even received December's which I should have received at the start of the month. Currently an ongoing issue with Paypal to try to get my money back. I have emailed 5 times... no response. Bought for husband's birthday - massively disappointed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Utter scam first box was rubbish sent email conforming that I didn't want more, no reply they then take money out of my bank and it's a month later and nothing utter con merchants

Avoid them by any means. No customer service whatsoever. Subscribed monthly with deal for first box. It has been 2 months now and I haven't received any box and noone is even bothering to reply to emails that I have sent. Payments have been taken from my account. Worst company I had to deal with.

So far been charged for 3 months of boxes but only got one. The products in the box were fantastic! But overshadowed by my other two missing boxes
