What a wonderful experience. After being a little nervous about going to yoga in a different city with little previous yoga experience I was very happy that I picked such a wonderful place. I felt immediately at ease and very welcome by David and the rest of the class..The class structure was great and I can see that David has so much knowledge. Couldn't recommend enough! Can't wait for the aches next time already.

Attended a hotpod yoga session with David and it was great. Really good vibe and a challenging but varied yoga session. David goes beyond the type of yoga session you would find at a gym by bringing in his knowledge and experience of healing and ayuvedic practice. One of my favorite yoga sessions I've ever attended.

Fantastic class. Very friendly and welcoming. David has some great ideas for yoga practice, outdoors, hot pod, indoors in the studio. I love my hour on a Monday evening to challenge myself. Highly recommended.
