Lilley has been an incredible business mentor and a source of wisdom and encouragement as I've navigated the yoga industry. I recently attended her recent biz weekend workshop for new yoga teachers; an valuable deep dive, step by step on how to set up a yoga biz. An absolute MUST for all newly qualified yoga teachers!

        I've been doing the beginners course for a few weeks nowl and I absolutely love Lilley's classes. Lilley and Helene are so lovely and welcoming. The classes are fun and different each week. I feel so much better for doing them. It feels like such a treat to myself on a Tuesday evening.
