        Its wonderful to have Mysore and Ashtanga led classes in York! Jake has established a lovely yoga community that I am proud and happy to be part of. He is an energetic, skilled teacher who always brings an element of fun to class helping newcomers to relax.I have learned so much about practice with Jakes teaching and adjustments and from his workshops.

        I've never been the most active guy, but since I've joined Ashtanga Yoga York I've started to feel the benefit of working out regularly. I'm seeing improvements in both flexibility and posture, thanks to Jake's help in achieving the best form in my poses!

        It is fantastic being part of Ashtanga Yoga York. Jake is a great teacher and has created a wonderful community. I am so pleased I can practice Ashtanga Yoga in York, both Mysore and led classes. I would highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike!

        Great Ashtanga yoga class in York. I have only recently started coming to these classes, but they are tailored to all levels and I have really enjoyed getting my Ashtanga practice back on track and I have been made to feel really welcome.
