A small restaurant, located in a busy part of York. Tables are very close together and the room is very densely packed. The business has many staff which are constantly running around and nearly knocking drinks off our table. The food was average and small portions. Both of us had pasta dishes, which tasted ok (the carbonara was very garlicky) but we're very small. I finished an entire seafood linguine in 5/6 mouthfuls (which was 17). I would definitely recommend booking if you are planning on going. However, if you are looking for something more substantial and tasty, 'La Vecchia Scuola' is a 10 min walk away.

I went for a quiet meal there late around 9pm, to my surprise it was still busy. We sat at a table, had some beautiful rosemary bread with an oil dip and olives, so tasty not a crumb was left! We ordered a pesto pizza and casareese pollo pesto pasta dish which Im so in love with this taste. We ate all of our food as it was just that nice you couldnt leave it. The waiter who served us and the female host were really welcoming and friendly service during our meal. See you soon!! Vegetarian options: Plenty on offer for people who dont eat meat or fish
